Who is this apprenticeship for? A new or developing staff member who provides the delivery of HR solutions and advice typically to mid-level and senior managers. They could be in a generalist role or a specialist role likely to be Resourcing, Reward or HR Operations.
Entry Requirements? Grade C (4) or above in Maths and English as part of five GCSEs A-C grades or comparable qualification as well as an informal interview and successful completion of initial assessment.
